1. How will my packages be shipped?

We ship our packages with either UPS or Fedex ground service, oversized packages may be shipped by Old Dominion freight service.

2. Do I have to pay sales tax?


If we are shipping within the state of Michigan a 6% sales tax is required on all orders, any orders placed outside of the state of Michigan may be shipped without tax.

3. How long until I recieve my rug?

Typicaly rugs will be recieved in 5 to 10 business days as long as they are in stock, if there will be any delay you will be notified as soon as possible by email or telephone.

4. How accurate are the colors on your website?

The high resolution pictures that we provide are of the highest accuracy possible.  We strive to portray colors as accurately as possible but unfortunately it is very difficult to portray a rugs colors perfectly as there are many factors that can change how a color is perceived ranging from differences in dye lots to lighting in ones home.

5. How accurate are the sizes listed?

The sizes listed are accurate within three inches in either direction.

6. What is your Return Policy?

All rugs will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  You have 7 days upon receiving the rug to decide if you are going to keep it or not.  If within 7 days you decide you do not wish to keep it please contact us at websales@mirsrugs.com or call us at 1-800-343-MIRS to arrange for return of the item and issuance of a Return Authorization Number.  Any rugs shipped to us without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and any resulting freight will be sole responsibility of the sender.  After we have received the rug the difference will be credited to you within 5 days as long as the rug is still in new condition.  Please retain any packing material that the rug was shipped in in case you may need to return the rug to us, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to a rug while in transit to us due to improper packaging. 

7. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Processing of your order begins to take place as soon as it is placed, please contact us at 1-800-MIRS as soon as possible if a change needs to be made, we cannot guarantee that anything can be done once an order has been placed but we will make every effort to help in any way we can.

8. What if my order is damaged?

If you received any products in a damaged condition please contact us as soon as possible so that we my arrange for the exchange of any defective merchandise.
